Create North Dakota names three new members to Board of Directors

FARGO, N.D.;  August 23, 2011 – Create North Dakota, sponsor of Destination Imagination® in North Dakota has named Erica Johnsrud of Fargo, Lisa Anderson of Casselton and Rachel Stone of Fargo to their board of directors.

Each brings a varied skill set as Create North Dakota continues to grow the Destination ImagiNation® program. Johnsrud, a 2010 graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead Minnesota, is the director of Foundation Relations at the Ronald McDonald house of Fargo-Moorhead and will bring a new perspective for recruiting donors and support. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Wyoming and has been a supporter of Destination ImagiNation® in North Dakota for years serving the tournament and training committees in various capacities as well as managing her son’s DI team. Stone, a teacher at Madison Elementary in Fargo, has served the community and state in Latter Rain Ministries, Fargo Public Schools, and is serving as the newly crowned Mrs. ND Supermodel USA.

“The amount of skill and passion each of these new members brings will no doubt be invaluable as we grow and develop as a household name in extra and co-curricular programming for elementary, middle, and high school students,” noted Affiliate Director Max Kringen. “They bring a fresh perspective and new enthusiasm to an established program.”
